Client expectations

Good work needs a good partnership.

Clear responsibilities protect the schedule, the quality of the content and the value of your monthly investment.

What Pivot provides.

  • A written service scope with monthly quantities and priorities.
  • Content or optimization work within that scope.
  • A clear approval request and one reasonable consolidated revision round per asset.
  • Reporting suited to the package and available data.
  • Written recommendations and quotes for additional scope.
  • Use of client-owned accounts with appropriate delegated access.

What your business provides.

  • One primary decision-maker and accurate service, price and availability information.
  • Timely account permissions and approved brand assets.
  • Photos, footage and evidence with the rights and permissions needed for publication.
  • Content feedback ideally within three business days; delayed approvals can delay delivery.
  • Verification of professional, technical, medical or regulated claims before publication.
  • Prompt customer enquiry handling and lead outcome data where possible.
  • Direct payment of approved media spend and third-party expenses.

Passwords should not be sent through the public contact form. We prefer delegated account permissions.

Where the standard scope stops.

01

Content & production

No unlimited assets, on-site filming, advanced animation, reshoots or daily customer-service monitoring unless specifically included.

02

Web & technical work

No website rebuilds, complex speed repairs, e-commerce integrations, migrations or custom software within a routine priority page action.

03

Ads & third parties

Ad spend, paid campaign management, specialist software, outside production and digital PR are separate unless expressly included.

Approval, ownership and results.

We publish approved work. Silence does not constitute approval. New concepts, late changes or scope increases may require a separate quote. Unused deliverables do not automatically roll over; the agreement sets the policy for delays and rescheduling.

You retain ownership of your business accounts. Final deliverable ownership, licenses to third-party assets and handover are covered by the agreement. Platform rules and account eligibility still apply.

We do not guarantee rankings, AI recommendations, lead volume, sales or return on investment. Results depend on competition, demand, website history, budgets and your sales process.

Published packages describe the offer; the signed service agreement determines payment timing, commitment, termination, refunds, liability and ownership.
