Our Process

A plan you can follow. Progress you can review.

Good marketing starts with a shared understanding of what your business needs and how the work will get done.

At Pivot Growth House, we guide you through a practical process—from understanding your goals to creating content, implementing improvements and reviewing performance. You know what we’re working on, what needs your input and what comes next.

1. Discover your business and goals

We start with a conversation about your business, customers and priorities.

We want to understand what you offer, what makes your business distinctive and which services or products you want to grow. We also discuss your current marketing, budget and capacity to respond to new enquiries.

Together, we identify what a useful outcome looks like: a more consistent social presence, stronger website content, improved search visibility or a focused advertising campaign.

What we need from you: Your business goals, service details, target locations and an overview of your current marketing.

2. Review your starting point

Before recommending a plan, we review the parts of your online presence relevant to your goals.

Depending on the services being considered, this may include your website, social accounts, Google Business Profile, existing campaigns and available performance data.

We identify strengths, gaps and practical opportunities. The review helps us establish priorities and distinguish work we can complete directly from changes that require additional support.

What you receive: A clear explanation of the recommended priorities and why they matter.

3. Agree on the plan

We turn those priorities into a defined scope of work.

Your proposal explains the selected services, deliverables, fees, expected schedule and responsibilities. We confirm what is included, what you will provide and how approvals and revisions will work.

If paid advertising is part of the plan, we separate advertising spend from management fees. Additional photography, filming, website development or other production work is identified where needed.

What you receive: An agreed plan with clear expectations before work begins.

4. Set up access and gather materials

Once the scope is agreed, we arrange the access and information needed to get started.

This may include account permissions, brand assets, service information, approved images and existing marketing materials. We also confirm your main contact and preferred communication method.

Your business retains ownership of its accounts. Access is arranged through platform permissions where available.

What we need from you: The agreed materials, appropriate access and a designated person to review the work.

5. Create, review and approve

We prepare the content, campaign materials or website improvements included in your plan.

Your team reviews business details for accuracy, including services, offers, pricing and claims. We make agreed revisions and confirm approvals before publishing content or launching campaigns.

An organized review process keeps the work moving while giving you a clear opportunity to provide feedback.

What you receive: Work prepared for review, with an explanation of what needs your approval.

6. Publish and implement

With approvals in place, we put the agreed work into action.

This can include scheduling social content, updating website pages, improving business profile information or launching advertising campaigns.

We check relevant links, forms and tracking where included in the scope, and confirm any outstanding items that could affect the launch or publishing schedule.

What you receive: Confirmation of the work completed and any next steps requiring attention.

7. Measure, learn and refine

Marketing improves through regular review.

We assess the information available for your selected services and compare it with your objectives. Reporting explains completed work, observed performance and recommended priorities.

Your feedback is part of this process. Knowing which enquiries are suitable, what customers ask and how your business is changing helps us make more informed adjustments.

What you receive: Reporting and reviews at the frequency agreed in your package, with practical next steps.

What makes the partnership work

Clear communication

We agree on how updates, questions and feedback will be handled. You have a clear point of contact, and we explain decisions in plain language.

Timely approvals

Content and campaign schedules depend on receiving materials and approvals. If something is delayed, we explain the effect on the plan and agree on the next step.

Accurate business information

Your team confirms the details that only you can verify. This helps ensure your marketing reflects what you actually offer.

Feedback from your customers

Website and campaign data tell part of the story. Your team’s experience with enquiries and sales helps us understand the quality of the opportunities being generated.

A defined scope

If your needs change, we discuss the impact on deliverables, timing and costs before adding work.

What to expect at the beginning

The initial stage focuses on establishing a sound foundation: understanding your business, confirming priorities, arranging access and preparing the first deliverables.

The pace depends on your selected services, account readiness, available materials and approval turnaround. We confirm a realistic schedule during onboarding rather than promising the same timeline for every business.
